Award-Winning Burger Addict was started as a thought to get quality food out to the public, for a fair price. The name Burger Addict was derived as nickname for the passionate fans, burgers are so very iconic and addictive, that burger sales go up 25% a year, every year! Burger Addict is taking the iconic burger and making it better, ethical, and honest towards the public.

Better late than never, Chef Olson made it back to his roots. Multiple Award-Winning Chef Marcus Olson, a native Lake Goodwin, Washington, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu- Western Culinary Institute, in Portland, Oregon. Chef Olson started in restaurants as a dishwasher in high school. He first established standards working with world class ingredients in Seattle and later Alaska. As the Executive Chef/Director of Food and Beverage at the Le Meridien in London and Paris, his team and himself exceeded expectations and continually received countless awards. Chef Olson then was a partner at The Bull Run Restaurant and Conference Center on Wall Street in New York City and at The Brass Elephant Restaurant and Caterers in Baltimore, where more awards followed. Chef Olson has displayed a long trend of relentlessly pursing the freshest and highest quality products for his customers.

This obsession with great ingredients led to opening Burger Addict in Renton. Only using grass-fed U.S.D.A. prime Coulotte steak from Cascade Ridge in Monroe, WA, ground in house for our burgers. We make Burger Addict cheese (made from natural cheese curd) for each order. Thick-cut bacon cooked to order, sea salt, organic squash oil for the fresh potato fries, over time Mesquite BBQ, fresh Mac & Cheese, BBQ Fried Rice and Gelato Shakes have been added to please a larger crowd.
